Must have knowledge of preparing and creating tables of contents (TOC) and table of authorities (TOA), preparing discovery shells, and very familiar with the litigation life cycle of a case.
Position Requirements:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and iManage (or similar document management system).
Knowledge of CompuLaw, Best Authority, Kofax, and CCC Macros is a plus.
Must have excellent proofreading and writing skills, and great attention to detail.
Excellent administrative, follow-up, initiative, organizational and calendaring skills is required.
Excellent typing, formatting, editing, redlining, and computer software skills needed.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative, proactive, have a positive attitude, have great communication skills, and be a true team player.
