Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Service Center Support Representative at the Dulles Airport Automotive Service Center.
This position will ensure timely management of vehicle inventory and the parts process. Tasks include: part ordering/receiving, communication with other departments and service centers, management of inventory for the facility, vendor management, cost savings, lot organization, and more. This is a great opportunity to make an impact on our business through this key operational role.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Review incoming work orders
- Generate all maintenance related purchase order (PO) requests
- Process all maintenance-related invoices for payment; all maintenance related copying, filing and record keeping
- Maintain parts inventory within guidelines
- Negotiate best pricing and shipping times with vendors, maintaining data
- Maintain computer databases of inventory
- Pull all parts requested for installs and services
- Tag all parts for stock and dispatch
- Check on delivery statuses and update technicians and management
- Monitor vehicles on lot and in outside repair shops and body shops/dealerships for timely repair completion and return
- Conduct damage history research
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports and logs
- Data entry of all maintenance related vehicle movement
- Must be able and willing to undergo moderate physical activity which requires handling of objects up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing and walking

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Some college preferred
- Must have at least 1 year accumulative experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management in the last 6 years
- Leadership experience could include experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics or military service
Must have a valid US drivers license for a minimum of 1 year
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule: Sunday – Thursday 6am – 2pm
Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
