Job Abstract

Our Lady of Peace School in North Hills is seeking a bi-lingual office assistant – available on August 1, 2024. This is a half time job that could move to more time, depending on the skills of the candidate. OLP is a small, community school with wonderful parents, students and teachers. We are seeking a warm, welcoming person who is highly organized, can keep our space clean and uncluttered, and can direct services appropriately to parents and staff who need assistance. This includes matters of attendance, communication, application assistance, financial aid, scheduling, and parent concerns and/or questions.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a requirement
Professional appearance and manner at all times
Able to keep confidences and oversee a friendly, warm office environment
Able to take initiative to serve people and problem solve needs and questions with a positive attitude
Gets tasks done in a timely and skilled manner without needing to be reminded or prompted
Hours are tentatively scheduled for 12 noon to 4:30 pm
