We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor assists the Director of Chemical Dependency in providing administrative and clinical supervision to all Chemical Dependency staff. The Clinical Supervisor is a liaison to department directors and administration to ensure coordinated and efficient operation of the programs. The Clinical Supervisor promotes patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Fairmount Behavioral Health System and the Chemical Dependency Program. Qualifications Masters degree from an accredited college with a major in Chemical Dependency, Social Work, Counseling or other DDAP approved field of study. Strongly preferred licensed Counselor. Full certification as an Addictions Counselor by a statewide certification body such as strongly preferred such as LPC, LCSW, CAC, CADC. 2 years clinical experience, which includes minimum of 1 year working with the chemically dependent population; clinical supervisory experience preferred.
