Regional Interior Designer Summary: This position requires developing fully executed model homes from conception to installation. The position requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, ability to cope under pressure, maintain good judgement, eager to learn and have a professional, supportive attitude.• Minimum 4-7 years of Interior Design background or related experience required. • Bachelor of Arts degree preferred. • Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, In-Design, Excel, Word and PowerPoint on Macintosh platform. • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and ability manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude. • Excellent work ethic, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. • Copes well under pressure and can accept constructive feedback. • California Motor Vehicle License – unrestricted. Moderate regional travel (including overnight trips and flights) required. Physical Requirements: Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $1.00 - $100,000, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
