Work Arrangement	Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. The flexible work arrangements outlined in Rutgers Policy 60.3.22 are part of a pilot program that is effective September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023. Therefore, there is no guarantee that this flexible work arrangement will continue beyond that date. Flexible work arrangements are not permanent, are subject to change or cancellation and contingent on the employee receiving approval in the FlexWork@RU Application System. Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. A minimum of 7 years progressive experience in an analytical and programming environment with an emphasis on business knowledge acquisition, systems design, and COBOL.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability. Recent experience with the following: Strong Enterprise COBOL programming techniques IMS TM JCL MVS / OS Utilities Knowledge of mainframe legacy system integration with ORACLE Structured programming techniques SQL Ability to understand complex legacy computer systems. Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
