In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation’s security and intelligence mission.
The Subject Matter Expert Sigint 3 is responsible to analyze, track and identify industry trends, technologies, constraints and priorities regarding current and projected SIGINT strategies, solutions, and challenges.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
Demonstrated experience coding in C/C and Python
Experience with SDRs (REDHAWK/RFNext, GNU, etc.)
RF signals analysis and SIGnals DEVelopment (SIGDEV)
Experience with message queue implementation/communication
Experience with Development Suites (X-Midas, etc.) or C /Python-based signal processing tools and libraries
Able to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment.

Provides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses.
Provides analysis of module/model output from signals of interest to allow creation of follow-on processes.
Independently designs and implements software modules in MATLAB or other similar design suite to process signals of interest.
Directs implementation of sub-modules necessary for processing signals of interest.
Develops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use.
Manage activities involved with SIGINT Development (SIGDEV).
Clearance Required:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Minimum Education:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum Years of Experience:
Ten (10) years experience with SIGINT Development analytic support.
Preferred:
Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background with strong understanding of satellite communications systems design and theory with implementation of concepts into software.
Time and/or Frequency geolocation technologies and implementation.
Experience with MATLAB
Experience with GPU/CUDA development
