Job Abstract

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE Specialist needed for a large, established South Sacramento construction related company.This is a 40-hour, full time, temp to hire opportunity with opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Performing high volume data entry of accounts payable

• May be matching, batching or coding invoices.

• Vendor relations and follow up

• Reconciliation of invoices to purchase orders

• Analytical abilities.

• Assist with audits and preparing various reports.

Other:

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Fast and accurate data entry skills

• Knowledge of GAAP

• Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field is ideal.

• Minimum of two years experience.

Pay Range: $24-$26 per hour

Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
