THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Content Management:
- Manage & publish content on our digital platforms (both US & Retail).
- Regularly monitor and audit platform content to meet KPIs for accuracy and precision.
- Content Optimization:
- Optimize betting markets & promotional content to align with the sporting calendar.
- Seize real-time opportunities during live events.
- Localization & Personalization:
- Display relevant content for users in all FanDuel operated locations.
- Drive localized displays to provide a personalized experience for users.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify & refine processes used by the Content Operations team
- Suggest new automation tools to reduce manual workload.
- Narrative-Driven Parlays:
- Assist with creating narrative-driven parlays for the FanDuel Sportsbook app.
- Provide relevant context & data for prioritizing specific parlays.
- Team Player:
- Leverage general sports & betting industry knowledge to add value to our functions outside of the online sportsbook, including Retail, Fantasy, Faceoff and Casino.
- The team has coverage 18-hours per day, 365 days per year. This is not your standard 9-5 job. You will work nights, weekends & holidays.

- Ability to write clearly and concisely: Strong written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
- 1+ years’ experience in a content-focused role preferred: preferably in the e-commerce or sports industry.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize content performance and drive strategic decision-making a major plus.
- General US sports knowledge preferred. Global sports knowledge a plus.
- General US sports betting industry knowledge preferred.
- Reliable: Again, this isn’t your standard 9am - 5pm job. You’re willing to nights and weekends dependent on the sporting calendar.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $22.12 - $30.14, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
