The Hospital Rehabilitation Director will hold administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the nursing staff's functions and activities, ensuring that patients' total needs are met and keeping the Administrator and Medical Director informed of any issues.

Candidates should have 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a long-term or rehab setting, a valid NJ RN license, and BLS certification. Strong leadership, mentorship, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
