Job Title: HR Generalist/Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented HR Generalist/Manager to join our team temporarily with the opportunity for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess expert knowledge of ADP, have a short commute to the office, and demonstrate a strong background in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
* Serve as an ADP expert, managing payroll, benefits administration, and other HRIS functions.
* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
* Conduct training sessions for groups of 20 or more employees, covering topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
* Utilize strong analytical skills to generate HR metrics and reports for management review.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or managerial role.
* Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
* Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in writing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
* Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR).
* Experience with HRIS implementation and/or system administration.
* Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
