Job Abstract

The Master & Reference Data Management Director is responsible for providing the strategic and tactical oversight of both the Master and Reference Data Management (MDM/RDM) functions for the organization in addition this role will augment existing automated master data management processes through effective master data stewardship. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity and reliability of data for consistency across master and reference domains and fosters collaboration between respective teams. Beyond governing the life cycle management of enterprise data, they contribute to the definition, development, and implementation of overarching data policies, procedures, and governance models. The Director plays a pivotal role in aligning the company's strategic objectives with robust data management practices. Additionally, they provide Enterprise Data & Insights (ED&I) leadership, promoting a data-driven culture throughout the organization. ?
