iCIMS Business Specialist

Wallenius Wilhelmsen has a role for an iCIMS Business Specialist to join our HR/Talent Acquisition team. This is a systems role, serving as the technical subject matter expert for our applicant tracking system, iCIMS. Deep knowledge of front and back-end applicant tracking systems, and HRIS is required.

Please note-This is a hybrid role based in Parsippany, NJ.

ABOUT YOU

You are a multi-skilled person with a mix of technical and functional iCIMS skills. You are candidate and recruiter centric, and business driven in your approach to proactive problem solving. You enjoy enabling our recruiters and recruiting marketer to bring their strategies to life.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be the iCIMS Subject Matter Expert for the US Talent Acquisition Team
• Identify, understand, and recommend any iCIMS applications, platforms, or updates that may elevate the ability of our Recruiters to support hiring needs. System configuration
• System administration
• Process/Workflow Analysis and improvement
• Creating, configuring, editing process flows and features to improve quality and efficiency
• Report Creation and Deployment
• Creating and maintaining forms and templates
• Support the adoption, and ongoing maintenance of our current iCIMS applications and platforms (ATS, Career Site Text Recruit, Video Studio, Talent Cloud AI)
• Support the implementation and adoption of future applications and platforms we add to our iCIMS tech stack.
• Help train existing and new Recruiters

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 2+ years iCIMS Admin experience2+ years working as a business analyst with iCIMS Talent Cloud applications and platform
• 2+ years gathering, understanding, and acting on recruiting needs
• Ability to notice and predict opportunities, problems, and solutions
• Deep understanding of job seeker journey: attraction, engagement, recruiting, hiring, offer, onboarding
• Ability to understand and interpret data and other information
• Ability to draw conclusions based on data and your personal knowledge and experience
• Ability to share and receive information with others verbally and in writing
• Ability to gather, analyze and communicate technical and non-technical information to identify and test improvement solutions
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and credibility, and act with complete integrity.
• Intermediate to high proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Teams, Notes

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• iCIMS Admin Certification(s)
