Requirements / Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited university
Three years of experience working in special education as a Teacher, School Psychologist or related service provider preferred
Two years administrative experience preferred
Valid Pupil Personnel Services or Special Education Credential.
Valid California Driver’s License

Comments and Other Information
Primary responsibilities are projected to include, but are not limited to: responding to and supporting student behavior emergencies and crises; conducting functional behavior assessments and developing, monitoring and revising behavior intervention plans; consulting with staff and parents related to behavior; conducting professional development related to behavior intervention and implementation of strategies; supervising and providing direct training, modeling and feedback to classified behavior support staff. Serving students at the elementary level generally assigned to more than one site.
