Responsibilities Customer Service & Support: Deposit and loan account support NSF/Overdraft management & reporting Assist in coordination of meetings and loan closings Post-closing customer follow up, when necessary New Loan & Loan Renewal Support: Communicate with RM and assist in gathering financial information to support loan request Collaborate with RM in order to facilitate loan proposals/approvals. Prepare LPS and assist with memos and underwriting packets, etc.) Collaborate with RM, Credit Support and Loan Servicing Department/Bank Counsel for loan settlement. Prepare Boarding Data sheets, documentation review, customer follow up, etc. Understand Collateral & Loan Codes for LPS to assure accuracy of each Commercial Loan Support: Establish operational relationship with designated clients to handle routine daily operational issues and client requests Monitor and review collateral exceptions, maturing loans, and delinquencies by working with RM to resolve. Assist with internal and external portfolio audit preparation and support Assist in monitoring construction loan advances by preparing Advance Authorizations and preparing checks for advances. Scanning and tracking financial information, loan documents and exceptions in the Bank’s systems (Synergy, LQAS, etc.) Order appraisal and environmental reports and searches as needed Order loan documents, review, notarize and organize for loan closing Book loans including any loan advances and GL entries Prepare and provide Reg B small business adverse action notices, when required Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including Univest Code of Conduct Responsible for Special Projects as requested Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years administrative experience Customer- focused individual with strong knowledge of banking and internal credit processes Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, including but not limited to approval process, documentation and post-closing and compliance issues.
