Job Abstract

MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Creative Account Manager to join the Marketing Team! Individual reports to Director, Creative Account Management. Role is hybrid.

This role is a hybrid opportunity that requires a local commutable distance to the HQ Costa Mesa, CA office as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:

• Lead web & app based creative projects from start to finish, including establishing timelines, monitoring progress, and delivery of assets.
• Lead a variety of other digital & print mediums (print, copy, display ads, social media, etc.)
• Meet with our Brand, Marketing, and Creative partners to understand requirements and communicate progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with other cross-functional partners such as Engineering & Product, with the ability to advocate for Creative Process.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables while thriving in a fast-paced, high-impact, yet fun and respectful environment.
• Facilitate timely approvals on all UX/UI work.
  • During creative development, you’ll lead and collaborate with internal teams (including the Design team, Copy team, UX/UI, and Animation team).
• Lead all regular creative account-related project meetings (kick-offs, WIP meetings, creative reviews, daily standups, etc.) and communicate action steps and updates to the broader team.
• Develop the creative work by documenting client feedback and attending creative review meetings.
  • Participate in brainstorming, marketing briefs, and creative reviews.
  • Schedule review and presentation meetings.
• Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of creative production challenges, using your skills to ensure things run smoothly; you’ll also maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and action items.
• Resourcefully manage and communicate creative account timelines, project deliverables,
  and resourcing needs to your stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables are executed to the highest creative values, all while being on time and on budget.
• Perform other duties as required.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of project and/or account management experience in a creative agency or marketing environment.
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, extremely organized, and a collaborative team player.
• Experience with Wrike or other related project management platforms, in addition to fluency in MS Office and Google Suite. Knowledge of creative tools: Adobe, Figma, Braze a plus.
• Must have a working knowledge of creating project schedules and task dependencies within a creative process.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage & adapt to ever-changing priorities and project urgencies.
• Proven facilitator of information with exceptional follow-up skills.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $75,000 - $80,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
