Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Program Manager to lead our Global Technology Early Career Program efforts focused on developing early career technology talent into leaders and/or technology experts within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent development, a strong background in technology, possess strong business acumen when developing global technology program metrics and proven experience in designing and implementing domestic and/or global early career talent programs (e.g., leadership development programs, internships, Co-ops, Apprenticeships, etc).
Responsibilities:
Develop a new approach and strategy for our global Technology Early Talent experience, including onboarding, engagement sessions / programs, and preparation for program exits and transitions to permanent roles
Develop and lead a global Technology end-to-end program for diverse early career talent including Co-Ops, Apprenticeships, Internships and Leadership Development programs for recent graduates
Partner with Human Resources and PL Technology leadership to identify high-potential individuals within the organization and create tailored development plans for each participant
Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to ensure alignment of program goals with overall business objectives
Coordinate program logistics including scheduling, participant communications and budget management
Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to develop leadership skills and competencies
Track and analyze recruitment and development metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of PL Technology’s talent management strategies. Make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Measure and assess global technology program effectiveness through process measures, outcomes, financial metrics and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements to enhance impact. Generate reports and create data-driven insights that represent the growth and success of Technology early career programs
Provide coaching and mentorship to program participants to support their development and growth
Build relationships with external partners, such as universities or industry organizations, to enhance the program’s reach and effectiveness. Partner with Human Resources as needed to leverage existing relationships with universities.
Stay current with trends and best practices in global leadership development and technology advancements. Incorporate information into the program design, training courses and opportunities identified for leadership program participants
Partner with Human Resources and Communications to design a social media strategy and other creative sourcing techniques to attract and hire diverse program participants
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or Business Administration; possessing a Masters degree is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or a related field, preferably within a technology-driven organization
Strong understanding of technology trends and the skills needed for leadership roles in the technology industry
Proven stakeholder management expertise and an ability to liaise & influence various levels of management, including engaging with senior leaders across organizational departments and geographical cultures
Multi-year experience designing, implementing and running successful, global talent programs across multiple businesses or geographic locations
High-level of critical thinking and strategic mindset required; can adapt and pivot, as necessary
Possesses strong understanding of regional talent market complexities and compliance
Excellence communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, inspire and attract early career talent
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership and HR (Talent Acquisition)
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience with virtual learning platforms and tools preferred
Certification in leadership development or coaching a plus

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$131,040.00 - $160,160.00
