As a Program Assistant/Activities Assistant, you will provide loving care and assistance to our members by helping them with activities, personal and medical care, meals, and on and off-site social activities. Qualifications
As a Program Assistant/Activities Assistant, you will have the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred or a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience
At least 18 years of age.
One-year full-time equivalent experience in a health care setting preferred.
Prior experience working with seniors and/or adults with special needs preferred.
This is a very physical job - we are ACTIVE Day after all! As a result, you will need to be able to:
Push, pull, lift, transfer, pivot at least 50 pounds.
