JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager where you will champion the orchestration of complex, cross-functional projects with fine square and efficiency.
You'll be responsible for creating, optimizing, and driving structured schedules and project plans, ensuring deadlines are met with quality deliverables.
Your role will involve detailed coordination across diverse teams, stakeholder management, and risk management to ensure seamless project execution.
Create and maintain comprehensive project trackers and schedules, managing updates and following up on action items, risks, and blockers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in Marketing or Operations.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving stakeholder consensus.
Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.Proficiency with various project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Figma, Dropbox, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc..
Lead internal standups, anticipate potential risks, and manage these proactively to avoid project delays.Facilitate the synthesis and review of feedback documents among stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve any conflicts.
Develop and communicate weekly project updates to keep all stakeholders informed.Interface and maintain effective communication with external creative agencies, adapting to shifting project directions as required.
