1. Identify the budget expectations for census and work with internal Admissions Team and the Hospital, Community and Liaisons to meet the expectations.
2. Oversee the Admissions Team; Assistant Director and two Coordinators to ensure a seamless transfer and ensure all needs of the patient can be met.
3. Ensure pharmaceutical needs of the patients are addressed prior to admission and any concerns are resolved. If necessary, speak with family and patient prior to admission regarding the treatment and care plan.

6. Attend social networking meetings in the community to promote and market the facility.
7. Working knowledge of Allscripts.
8. Review PRI’s and engage with medical team as necessary.
9. Able to answer calls and converse with patients and hospitals if needed after hours.
10. Work with internal Admissions Team on receiving insurance authorization.
11. Attend management or leadership meetings with Archcare as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 135,000 annually

• BSN Preferred from an accredited Nursing school

• 3 years in case management for post-acute, Medicare
• Experience working with physicians, discharge planners and consumers
