Schedule and participate in project meetings, ensuring the creation and distribution of detailed meeting notes.\t
Develop and track action items, ensuring timely completion and escalation when necessary.\t
Perform badge and status reconciliation tasks, including matching photographs to the Lenel system for accuracy.\t
Lead field photography efforts and edit photos using provided software.\t
Provide support for the SMARTID call-in line and assist with the activation of newly issued SMARTID badges.\t
Utilize the Lenel OnGuard System for various tasks, including updating employee credential statuses.\t
Ensure compliance with ID Photo Requirements by reviewing and adjusting employee photographs.\t
Handle the receipt and destruction of old credentials returned by employees.\t
Prepare documentation following defined standards and assist the APD-CS Project Manager with various tasks.
Essential Functions:
\t
Coordinate and document project meetings, including detailed notes and action item tracking.\t
Review and adjust employee photographs to meet ID requirements using provided tools.\t
Perform tasks within the Lenel OnGuard System and other credentialing tools.\t
Provide telephone support for new employee credential activation and follow-up on related inquiries.\t
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.\t
Assist in the management and reconciliation of SMARTID badges and statuses.
Minimum Qualifications:
\t
Associate degree from an accredited college in a relevant field.\t
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role.\t
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\t
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.\t
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).\t
Experience in coordinating meetings and preparing written documentation.\t
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.\t
Familiarity with access control systems or similar tools.

Experience with large-scale badging project rollouts.\t
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.\t
