ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Support Food Services to ensure student nutrition needs are met with high levels of customer satisfaction
Manage a variety of computer software systems to ensure proper ordering, recipe usage, employee scheduling and inventory controls
Contribute to strong positive client relationships while meeting contractual obligations to ensure account retention
Promote and educate others on food and nutrition programs according to Sodexo standards and policies
Collaborate and communicate with the management team on established processes and apprise leadership of potential problems
Help to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (DCHD, HIPAA/Privacy Act, USDA) as well as Sodexo policies and procedures for quality assurance and safety
Follow operating standards, implement quality improvements, and communicate changes as appropriate
Continuously improve unit financial outcomes as a result of compliance with product standards and specifications, menu management, and contract specifications
Manage, support, and collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with core menus, proper use of ingredients, and recipe standards
Promote an environment of innovation and growth by bringing new ideas, procedures, and products into the unit.
