This Managerial Consultant position resides within the Results Management Office (RMO), the internal Consulting Services and Performance Improvement team for the Hospital & Health Plan division of KP Woodland Hills Medical Center. This role entails primary responsibility for structuring and driving mission-critical initiatives for the executive and senior leadership team at the hospital. These initiatives include projects related to patient quality/safety, internal and external utilization of healthcare services, employee engagement strategies, care experience, and more. Additionally, this position serves as a subject matter expert in Performance Improvement (PI), offering coaching and guidance to leaders across all levels of the organization on PI principles, methodologies, and resources. Responsibilities include managing detailed project plans, ensuring the timely execution of deliverables, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement, and fostering high engagement among stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum six (6) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Administration, or related field and Minimum four (4) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Minimum nine (9) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
