Programs of service include an 87-bed, Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services licensed, Joint Commission accredited psychiatric residential treatment facility, a Partial Hospitalization Program, and a 40-bed acute psychiatric hospital. Our clinical department is currently welcoming a full-time Therapist to assist both our residential and acute teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide psychotherapy services for residents to include individual, family and group therapy scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation. Attend all treatment teams for assigned residents. Attend weekly clinical supervision. Coordinates multifamily/group/family education groups. Staff training, as needed. On call/weekend coverage, as needed. Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility. Location: Beautiful Leesburg, Virginia, 40 miles Northwest of Washington DC.
