Job description
“`
Duties:
– Safely transport containers from the warehouse to the port and from the port back to the warehouse, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies..
– Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
Requirements:
– Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
– TWIC card
– SeaLink card
– Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role.
– Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
– Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety.
– Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
