Position Purpose:
The Pro Business Analyst will be responsible for providing team support for initiatives, which include assisting the team with research, planning, analysis, and general business development. They will analyze and understands the key drivers of performance, identify business opportunities and work with various internal and external groups to achieve team objectives. Additionally identify and analyze multiple components of a problem and then make conclusions using high-level quantitative skills to help drive projects and bring value to the business. Create reports and dashboards as required and own prioritization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
20% Conduct planning, research and analysis in support of projects and initiatives
20% Create and deliver presentations for a variety of different audiences
20% Devise communications and training materials in support of projects and initiatives
20% Identify current and future potential business partners to help foster brand growth and awareness
15% Some general administrative duties
5% Plan, develop and organize professional business events
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
This position reports to the Pro Business Manager or National Pro Manager.
This position has no direct reports.
Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Associate's degree or related certification
Home improvement, home services industry or big box retail experience
Ability to partner with internal and external business partners
Demonstrated strong business and analytics capabilities w/ MS Office tools
Demonstrated skills in applying statistical analysis principles to business challenges Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others
Proficient with Tableau and Excel
