What you can expect
As a Solution Engineer at Zoom, you will advocate for customers. Your responsibilities include providing product development recommendations, supporting the Channel Account Manager, and translating technical requirements. You will test customer environments and promote Zoom's architectural advantages to drive customer demand, contributing to customer happiness and the success of Zoom's Communication platform. This role is based in Melbourne.

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies/a customer facing technical role

• Have Knowledge of Zoom platform (Chat, Meetings, Video, Phone, Marketplace/API)

• Have Voice and Network knowledge, SaaS experience is nice to have

• Have solid business acumen and executive presence, able to position Zoom Communication platform end-to-end

• Have to experience to work cohesively with customers, Zoom Account Team, and Zoom Partners

• Have Bachelor of Science (BS) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent

• Act as a leader when the situation warrants

• Have an understanding of the partner ecosystem, products and applications
