Scanning/linking of documents into ImageNow document imaging system; assist admissions staff with application processing duties; assist with communications management and other miscellaneous office duties as necessary.
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

-Federal Work Study, preferred -Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills -Organized, responsible, reliable, and detail oriented -Ability to follow instructions, be a self starter, and to work in a fast paced environment -Knack for learning new processes quickly -Comfortable asking clarifying questions; comfortable maintaining frequent communication with professional staff -Available to work up to 19 hours during the Academic Year. (Note: More hours per week are permitted during the Summer months for students that are available to work year-round.)
