Solutions Architect, Senior Manager
Key Role:
Develop solution architecture (SA) and resolve complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support, and project supervision. Apply advanced theories, principles, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Lead the development of solutions to highly complex problems. Work with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Responsible for supervision and development of first-level Supervisors and Managers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in system design and development, system integration, product management, and sustainment
- Experience with Cloud or XaaS, SOA or Micro-Services, Big Data or Analytics, Edge Computing, AI, or DevSecOps
- Experience with DoD mission area
- Experience with providing solutions expertise to structure an optimal technical solution
- Ability to assist in the development of comprehensive solution artifacts that enable the implementation of engineering processes, including WBS, IMP, and IMS
- Ability to assist in the development of cost estimates for the solution design, development, and sustainment consistent with MILSTD 881F WBSs, IMPs, and IMSs
- Ability to support the implementation of an earned value management (EVM) approach during a performance on the solution development effort

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
