The Marketing Specialist must be a detail-oriented and organized individual who will be responsible for managing and organizing the department's communication, Outlook inbox, calendar, and order fulfillment, including Marketing on Demand (MOD). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors and manages the department's Outlook inbox throughout the day. Responds to routine inquires, forward emails, and communicate with the appropriate team members for further action. Coordinates with team members to follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution (i.e. project plan, event planning, marketing requests....). Informs all team members of upcoming events and important dates. Ensures fulfillment orders are processed and completed in a timely manner. Tracks order progress and coordinates with relevant departments and vendors to resolve any issues or delays. Provides administrative support to the department as needed. Interfaces with vendors to ensure delivery of inbound and outbound Marketing material. Assists when needed to maintain advertising tear sheets and records to support compliance requests and audits. Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job. Provide, present, and promote the Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers. Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to management. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSN/ AOTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES - This position requires the incumbent to travel approximately 10% of the time. The ideal incumbent will be comfortable with photography and utilizing various camera settings.
