Hours: 7:30 am - 4 pm
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, approve purchase requisitions, conference requests, revolving cash reimbursement requests and personnel requisitions; maintain and update assigned County Office and District accounting databases and spreadsheets; compile financial information and complete various State and District reports; communicate accounting policies to others.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Four years of experience keeping accounting records during which reports such as budget and funding reports were produced or data reviewed and analyzed and a high school diploma. One year of higher level accounting experience is preferred. College course work in accounting, finance or a related field may be substituted for up to three years of this experience on a year for year basis.
