Job Description

Responsibilities:

Understanding and application of device design, risk and clinical effects and safety to effectively conduct safety surveillance

Safety surveillance for device/drug –device combination products/IVDs/Digital Health Tools

Contribute to the authorship of key device safety documents, including but not limited to, medical safety assessments, regulatory responses, and risk management documents

Apply current regulatory guidance as appropriate for safety surveillance and authorship of MDS documents

Analyze and interpret aggregate safety data and communicate these analysis and interpretation to cross-functional teams

Write, review, and provide input on technical documents and safety communications

Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)

Qualifications

Qualifications:

MD / DO with 2+ years clinical practice Board Certification in current area of practice preferred

Prior device safety experience is preferred in addition to MD / DO

Effectively analyze clinical data and epidemiological information required

Effectively write technical documents with direction

Work collaboratively in a team environment and be self-starting and able to work independently

Ability to effectively present recommendation/opinions in a group environment

Fluency, both written and oral, in English
