These projects include warehouses, manufacturing buildings, food & beverage facilities and self-storage facilities worth up to $50M+. They have an office local to Howard County that services clients throughout Maryland. This is a smaller, tight-knit office but will still provide you with the resources and benefits of a large company. The Maryland office is currently looking to hire a Project Manager.
