Use AutoCAD equipment and software to prepare clear, complete, and accurate drawings of all PIH Health facilities. Field verify all facilities as needed.Prepare working drawing backgrounds/details for construction projects and input per marked-up drawings.Maintain all hardcopy drawing files for all facilities and assist engineers and contractors in locating and reproducing drawings as needed.Maintain/archive all CAD files and back up CAD system/files daily.Create/maintain and update all emergency notebook drawings/information and building square footage for all facilities on an annual or semi-annual basis.

SPECIFIC SKILLS NEEDED
1.Ability to meet the public with tact and courtesy.
2.Ability to read and understand construction drawings.Solid knowledge of drafting standards.
3.Minimum three to five years working with AutoCAD Architectural.
4.Math skills.Ability to do area and square footage calculations as well as percentages.
5.Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
6.Able to follow verbal instructions
7.Good physical and mental health.Ability to dexterously climb ladders and climb onto roofs, inspect equipment rooms, walk sites and verify measurements.
Required Experience
Required:
1.High School Diploma.
2.AS degree from a two-year college or technical school, or Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CAD) certification preferred.
3.Knowledge of building codes.
4.Computer proficient in Windows, Power Point, Excel and Word.
5.Valid California driver’s license and personal vehicle for transportation to offsite locations.
