This Summer Internship is from May/June through August 30th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The ESG Compliance team, in partnership with the broader Green Measure Project, is responsible for providing accurate, auditable and timely Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) external reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain accuracy of database that catalogs all leases—including stages, offices, warehouses— used by domestic television and motion picture productions
Identify recommendations for process improvements around Greenhouse Gas Scope 1 & 2 production facility data collection
Support process documentation for current and future state ESG reporting procedures
Document meeting participation, outcomes and action items
Organize team building events
Conduct ad hoc support or research efforts as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Rising undergraduate junior or senior
Exceptional attention to detail and focus on high-quality standards
Demonstrated examples of leadership
Strong research and written communication skills
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or comparable tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
