We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to assist the marketing and creative departments for the Sinclair Growth Networks, a division of Sinclair, Inc. This person will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, on all aspects of projects. Duties will include planning and scheduling of promotional materials, as well as tracking progress of projects and delivery of materials.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan, schedule, and deliver marketing promotional materials, both sponsored and internal for all our supported service groups.
- Assist in working with Master Control and Traffic to schedule and deliver assets for on air using third-party software programs.
- Perform duties heavily focused on data entry, especially utilizing spreadsheets and file sharing tools.
- Create and manage file names and house numbers for promotional materials.
- Provide all details of the project to the editors/producers and manage the progress of projects.
- Handle file management of video and static materials.
- Strategically plan and schedule all promotional materials by creating Excel grids with specific details of air dates and times.
- Cross-collaborate with a variety of departments.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with external clients and third-party services.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 1-3 years marketing operations/creative services experience
- Ability and willingness to get things done without needing to be prompted
- Ability to work independently and complete work tasks with thoroughness, accuracy and consistency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of process-oriented digital tools such as Excel, CLEAR, Versio, Sony Ci and Trello. Wide Orbit a huge plus.
- Process management experience
- Technical understanding of creative services
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Photoshop knowledge is a plus.

The base hourly compensation range for this role is $25.96. to $28.84 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
