We are excited to invite applications for the position of Director, Digital Marketing Architecture within our Global Digital Applications Team. Operating within the world’s leading Oral Care Company, you will have the opportunity to use some of the leading cloud based marketing technology to digitally connect and drive transformation across the business. In this new role, you will define platform architecture and solutions to drive interconnectedness and scalability across our Global Digital landscape, consisting of Martech, AdTech and eCommerce technology stacks. You will join a team of passionate, talented technologists who collaborate to design and build cutting-edge experience & marketing solutions to power Colgate-Palmolive’s Digital Transformation and deliver measurable business value. What you will do:
- Architect and integrate a comprehensive digital marketing ecosystem, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, and Snowflake, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals
- Own the collection of technical requirements, design of MarTech solutions, and be responsible for the implementation process, focusing on process improvement and personalized customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MarTech components, and lead a team of specialists to execute technical strategies effectively
- Drive the optimization of the MarTech stack, enabling omni-channel capabilities, and continuously evaluate technology against market trends to enhance performance and user experience
- Establish governance standards with the Enterprise Architecture team, engage in project scoping and resource planning, and negotiate SOWs for staffing needs
- Partner with business and technology decision makers to innovate digital solutions, develop marketing automation strategies, and work with vendors for global solution delivery
What you have (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 12 years professional experience working in Information Technology or Digital Marketing
- Minimum of 7 years of experience designing and implementing digital and data solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years of Marketing and Advertising Technology experience including Google Marketing Platform (Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Onboarding partners including LiveRamp, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Track record of crafting successful business development of digital and other front-office business transformation initiatives, including large full-lifecycle implementations and/or integrated solutions using cloud-based marketing solutions
- Hands-on experience with Martech/marketing data technologies and ability to integrate technologies into solutions and strategies (CRM, CMS, CDP, preferably using Adobe, Salesforce,or Google tools)
- Experience with public cloud offerings (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and designing solutions using cloud compute, data storage, pub/sub, and workflow orchestration
- Experience deploying Clean Room technology to drive data sharing and activation
- Understanding of API solutions, back end development toolsets (Java/Ruby/Node js/Python) & basic security considerations for Digital ecosystems
- Experience managing teams of developers and analysts
- Experience with LiveRamp/Google/Facebook/Digital Paid Media at a practical application level including knowledge on how to stand up, run, and analyze the results of campaigns
- Ability to apply agile methodology and sprint development to manage project implementations and backlogs
What you have (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with the following technologies
- Google Cloud Platform including Big Query, Data Fusion, Data Prep, Data Studio
- Snowflake
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Google Analytics
- SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya)
- API solutions and back end development toolsets (Java/Ruby/Node js/Python)
- Understanding and experience with ETL tools and methodologies (Informatica, Talend, Spark, AWS Glue, GCP Cloud Dataprep, Azure Data, Factory)
- Experience working cross functionally within brand marketing, ecommerce, or direct to consumer functions.
- Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from third-party platforms and adapt to custom internal tools.
- Exposure to CPG ecommerce marketplace and channels
- Exposure to SAFe framework

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $150,000.00 - $210,000.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
- Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
- Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
- Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
- Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
- Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
- Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
