In addition, will support the Director with internal projects and initiatives that would involve a passion translating data into themes and solutions to support growth and performance objectives.
This is a hybrid role in Chantilly, VA.
More about this role:
- Responsible consultation for and/or serving as a HR liaison for most of the following areas: employee relations consultant; talent reviews & succession planning; training and development; compensation, leave administration; program redeployment; change management and solutions.
- Implements Human Resources policies as a consulting partner with the business, and ensuring a complete understanding of the business objectives and needs to help resolve HR issues.
- Work alongside of Director & Sr. HRBP’s on projects of significance, using data to understand trends and build solutions by assisting with:
- Lead Redeployment imperative, partner with program leaders on transition plan, deliver training, tracking movements, identifying areas across CACI to build networking for optimal redeployment outcomes.
- Assist with Focus Groups, New Leader Assimilation, Mentoring Programs and Engagement Survey Action plans, aligned with identifying areas of trends for solutioning in building mature assimilation programs,
- Conducting Employee Exit Interviews and within key projects to better understand attrition trends and build solutions,
- Compiling HR Data & Metrics as it relates to attrition and headcount totals, analyze trends, and build solutions,
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or equivalent coupled with a minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources Business Partner related work experience.
- Ability to drive HR initiatives, pro-active and innovative solution oriented.
- Experience and competencies in Employee Relations Consulting and Management.
- Strong relationship building skills; proven track record of building collaborative partnerships as the basis for being able to influence direction and drive change.
- Consulting skills: able to dissect the root cause or core problem to solve and bring appropriate solutions and resources.
- Proven track record of being able to assess, diagnose and design creative and innovate organizational solutions.
- Analytical skills: able to translate business strategy into implications for workforce (hiring, shaping, change management, etc.)
- Strategic thinking can see the big picture and connects the dots by diving into the details if necessary.
- Leadership competencies: unwavering ethics and values; a trusted partner; team player and team success; never satisfied with the status quo; solution-oriented balancing both qualitative and quantitative measures and who embraces ambiguity.
