Duties
Determines equipment condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts.
Prevent, maintain, troubleshoot and repair the different equipment in order to maximize safety and utilization and reduce equipment rental.
Be willing to learn the maintenance on the different equipment in the different fields of industrial services.
Maintains daily contact with the Automation SME Manager to ensure that the repairs and plans for the equipment are being developed and executed properly.
Interacts with vendors as necessary or directed.
Assists in tracking and documentation of preventive maintenance on equipment.
Actively participates in safety meetings.
Depending on the assigned task, inventories, orders, stocks and issues equipment parts and chemicals to ensure they are available when needed.
Obtains purchase orders as needed to replenish stock or replace parts.
Assists on Turnarounds or as directed by the Automation SME Manager.
Performs on call duty as necessary.
Be willing to obtain different licenses and certifications as needed.
Be willing to travel as needed.
Requirements
1-3 years of minimum experience in automated hydro-blasting. 3-5 preferred.
Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
Basic math skill.
Good communication skills, written and oral.
Mechanical aptitude and abilities.
Good Hydroblast and equipment knowledge.
Prior experience with Hydroblast and equipment repair.
Must Possess or being willing to obtain a TWIC card.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Pass a medical and drug test.
Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
