POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant-Finance will support the CFO and Head of Corporate Development, assisting them and their teams with administrative functions and daily business operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- CALENDAR: heavy (complex at times) calendar management
- MEETING MANAGEMENT: coordinate meetings and special events/activities with investors, bankers, and for the organization
- TRAVEL: coordinate flights, hotel, car services, etc.
- FINANCIALS: process expense reports, check requests, and invoices
- INBOX: monitoring a busy inbox, flag emails, and handle correspondence (as needed)
- CONFIDENTIALITY: handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- PROBLEM SOLVING: be a highly informed assistant – anticipating exec’s needs and keeping a pulse on things, providing solutions to potential challenges and demonstrating foresight and strategic thinking.
- PROXY: act as a companywide liaison, interfacing across the organization including c-level executives and senior staff.
- TASK COORDINATION: balance multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

- Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Concur, Adobe Acrobat X Pro.

Experience and Training:
Any combination of the following experience and training (designated as required and/or preferred) that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
Experience: Two to three years’ experience working with a senior executive of a public company and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

SALARY RANGE & BENEFIT OPTIONS FOR CALIFORNIA APPLICANTS:
Salary Range: Base Salary of approximately $43.27 - $48.08 per hour plus bonus - compensation is commensurate with skills & experience.
