OVERVIEW : This position requires the ability to read schematics, maintain, PM troubleshoot and repair all production equipment along with support and building services. They perform tasks of high complexity on electrical, electronics, a wide variety of PLC controlled equipment. Will be required to perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and minor fabrications as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS : Mechanical aptitude. All other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS : Minimum 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and write legibly. Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate. Exposure to chlorinated water (50 ppm, ammonia vapors) 5 ppm, dry ice, caustic detergents, lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, and other chemicals found in a poultry processing plant.
