Responsibilities for LVN:
Will take a new nurse that has 4 months experience pay $34 nurses with 2 years pay $36 anything more will be $38 and up
Clinical, Urgent Care, or Skilled nursing experience will be accepted
Observe patients every 4hours, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action.
Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as taking temperatures and blood pressure, and dressing wounds.
Consistently use and reinforce proper body mechanics and appropriate personal protection equipment.
Recognize the need for emergency care; initiate appropriate procedures within the scope of practice and alerts the Nurse Manager and physician in a timely and manner
Assembles appropriate equipment and keep patient exam rooms and work areas clean and stocked.
24hrs facilities schedules for 8's start times are 6am,2pm, 11pm
Higher need for Nurses on Weekends and Holidays!
Requirements for LVN
CA LVN License Required not hits
Diploma from Accredited school
BLS/CPR (AHA)
Covid Vaccine Required
All vaccinations up to date ( Physical, TB, Titers)
Able to pass drug screen and background
