WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

Develop visually appealing and effective designs for print and interactive material, including research reports, website graphics, presentations, and promotional assets.
Design and produce engaging data visualizations to communicate complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
Create and update marketing collateral to maintain a consistent brand identity.
Collaborate across teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
Stay current with industry trends and design tools to continually enhance the quality of creative output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet publication deadlines.
Experience. You have 10+ years of professional experience in relevant graphic design skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

You’ll have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, a related field, OR equivalent.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Proven record of implementing and maintaining a brand strategy.
A brilliant portfolio displaying a diverse range of design projects, with a strong emphasis on data visualization. Demonstrated ability to interpret and present data visually.
Experience designing campaigns for social media platforms, including X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience in wireframe, UX, and web design, especially in Sketch and Figma.
Demonstrated proficiency in WordPress.
Experience creating social media assets and posts.

For additional comfortability in the role:

Experience with Flourish.
Experience with Adobe Premiere.
Experience in print design.
