Job Overview
The Program Assistant provides executive support to the leadership of the Security Studies Program including communications, events, and outreach, as well as program-wide support.
Work Interactions and Work Mode Designation
Reporting to the Director of Academic Programs, the Program Assistant works closely with the Director of CSS and coordinates with other staff members as needed.
This position has been designated as Hybrid. Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed in order to meet the evolving needs of the University. Such review may necessitate a change to a position’s mode of work designation. Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in technologies related to the duties of the position
- Demonstrated high level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive and/or confidential information
- Outstanding commitment to customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in higher education
- Interest in international relations
