Adecco is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Support Specialist to join our team in Akron, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including providing support to C-level executives. This hybrid position will start at the Akron General Office and transition to the West Akron Campus, reporting to the President and Vice President of Ohio State Operations.

Pay Rate: $34.28 per hour
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a solid commitment to safety and maintain a safe workplace.
Provide sophisticated calendar and travel management, prioritizing inquiries and requests, troubleshooting conflicts, and making judgments to ensure effective scheduling.
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks, including preparing information for meetings, composing correspondence, designing complex documents, managing contact lists, making travel arrangements, and completing special projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact with other executives, internal and external stakeholders, and visitors, handling highly confidential or critical matters.
Keep the President and Vice President well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Manage time effectively by researching, collecting, and analyzing information in advance.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality, managing sensitive information and materials.
Maintain an organized filing system for key materials and reports (both electronic and hard copy).
Communicate effectively and with good judgment, anticipating needs and delivering consistent results.
Display excellent teamwork and support other executives as needed.
Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 10 years of comparable work experience, including support to C-level executives.
Must pass the Support and Administrative Selection System (SASS) test.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Email and Calendaring; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines and make informed decisions regarding priorities.
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Commitment to performance excellence and high level of integrity in handling confidential information.
Demonstrate a questioning attitude for continuous learning, producing results, and strengthening relationships.

Pay Details: $34.28 per hour
