About the Position
As The Corporate Administrator, you will provide the necessary administrative assistance for Goodyear’s Global Security Department. In this role, you will provide a high level of customer service, monitor, maintain emails, calendar of appointments and meetings by scheduling and coordinating appropriately for the Director, Global Security & Investigations. You will be responsible for managing and approving all invoices received from security vendors, track spend and transfer charges to the appropriate Company cost centers. On occasions, coordinate and arrange travel for the Director. This position processes department records and documents of highly sensitive and/or confidential information.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain annual budgets for Global Investigations, Security, and Emergency Services. Create, track, and manage purchase orders for all security vendors. Order and track supplies for the security department
- Review, manage, and approve all invoices received from security vendors as well as track spend with all security vendors.
- Assist with investigations, security details and the Executive Protection Program. Administer the Company's emergency mass communication platform, Goodyear Alert. Conduct trainings and provide support to all business locations utilizing Goodyear Alert. Administer the Global Security SharePoint site.
- Enter all Non-Goodyear Associate Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Agreement (NACIPA) documents.
- Monitor and maintain emails, calendar of appointments and meetings by scheduling and on occasion, coordinate and arrange business travel for the Director.
Required Experience and Education:
- Associate degree
- Previous experience working with budgets and accounts payable
- 2 or more years of administrative experience, office administration or similar
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Exposure to a security department or similar desired but not required.
- Customer service, multi-tasking, organizational and prioritization skills are essential
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate & collaborate effectively with multiple levels of the organization and associates
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic team environment
