Job Responsibility

Collaborates with System Quality Management vendors; Hospital Quality Management staff; Health Information Management (HIM); Finance and Information Systems departments.
Assists System hospitals with report manipulation, interpretation and data analysis.
Supports Quality Management leaders relating to measure definitions, reports, and web-based tools.
Provides education and guidance, and prepares educational materials related to Quality Management.
Participates in System Quality Management performance improvement task forces.
Researches and prepares material and reports needed for quality management activities.
Prepares minutes for various Quality Management meetings.
Compile data and prepare PowerPoint presentations as necessary.

Job Qualification

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelors Degree in Nursing, preferred. Must be enrolled in an accredited BSN program within two (2) years and obtain a BSN Degree within five (5) years of job entry date.
Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
