The VP, Clinical Excellence role is accountable for ensuring Included Health’s clinical products and services are high-quality, safe, and deliver clear value for our members, clients, prospects and the broader healthcare ecosystem. A synthesizer and narrative-builder, this leader oversees the Clinical Quality and Safety team, the Clinical Affairs team, and the Health Outcomes and Economic Research arm of the organization. From each of these lenses, the VP, Clinical Excellence must assess the performance of our clinical products and services, shining light upon areas of meaningful impact and value creation for clients, prospects, and external audiences and offering synthesized insights to operational leaders about opportunities for programmatic refinement and strategic innovation. This powerful perspective ensures we are delivering on the holistic, integrated, impactful vision of care that is core to Included Health.
This individual will report into the Senior Vice President, Clinical Services, and will work closely with senior-level Clinical, Care, and Go-to-Market partners on setting and executing against our Growth, Value, and Experience strategies. The VP, Clinical Excellence will be a critical senior clinical voice for Included Health in the market, representing our products, services, and vision and supporting key strategic growth and operational initiatives.
The United States new hire base salary target range for this full-time position is:
$237,170 - $335,000 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
In addition to earning a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Details of the Annual Bonus Plan, including performance metrics, target incentives, and potential earnings, will be discussed during the interview process.
