WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Our caregivers work with seniors and others with health challenges in their homes
Provide companionship, personal care support and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility assistance, meal prep, feeding, laundry, errands, and medication reminders.
Work from a written plan of care, monitor their health, and document observed changes to our RN Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 or older, licensed driver with reliable automobile and proof of insurance
Registration on California’s Home Care Aide Registry (we can show you how)
Certified CPR, negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Ability to perform physical tasks: Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull and can lift up to 50 pounds
