Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for supervising an operation that supports all initiatives related to purchasing, receiving, storing and controlling of food, beverage, supplies and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervises and coordinates the activities of the department
Employs good safety and sanitation practices including monthly safety audits and completion of temperature logs for all warehouse spaces
Maintains warehouse areas
Responsible for completion of daily receiving reports and handing off to purchasing management for review
Oversees receiving process and assigning tasks to purchasing team members to ensure product is properly rotated, stored and ready for distribution
Performs other duties as assigned
